The Process

A claim and construction process unlike anyone else's.

Over the last few years, CCMG developed a unique process that builds momentum across every project and ensures the highest level of craftsmanship and value for our clients.

Step 01

Thorough Policy Insight

The insurance industry can save money by not paying for the things they have insured, and the average property manager or owner is not an expert at knowing what's included in a policy or what the insurance company truly owes them when an incident occurs.

We bring over 30 years of combined insider expertise to make sure every project moves forward in the owner's best interest. We become your advocate with your insurance provider, bringing the expertise to maximize the claim and negotiate the best possible settlement.

Step 02

Step-by-Step Communication

CCMG walks each customer through the entire claims and construction process to make sure they understand each step and how they benefit. We've removed the guesswork and added the confidence that only comes from seeing the whole picture.

Managing multiple contractors can add complications to confusion. That's not something you want, and it's exactly why our communication is designed to keep you in the loop without overloading you with details you may not need.

Step 03

Oversight, Safety & Inspection

CCMG provides unparalleled oversight for each trade and step of your restoration. Often contractors simply do their best and move on. Our best-in-class standards mean each contractor meets or exceeds all local standards so you can have confidence in a job done right the first time.

We don't accept surprises, and neither should you. Each step of your construction process is inspected before completion to provide the peace of mind you need to get back to business.

We eliminate any variations across trades with quality standards we developed on defense department contracts in the harshest environments in the world.

Step 04

Final Closeout

Sometimes the last steps can be tricky. Contractors can simply skip the final documentation, inspections, and details that are needed to successfully close out a project. The larger the project, the more important this step becomes.

Your closeout information packet will include product data and maintenance information for all materials used on the project, collated and signed-off municipal permit and final inspection documentation, warranties — both workmanship and manufacturer's — signed-off punch list, corrective action item list, and finally, a list of types and quantities of spare material.

Recent Results

Other contractor estimates vs. CCMG settlements

A small sample of recent project results. Contractors can often secure a good settlement with your insurance company. However, nothing comes close to the amount we bring our clients.

Questions to Ask

What others won't tell you

Most insurance support and construction companies have a frequently asked questions page. We think there are some important questions that rarely get asked — they may be awkward or simply unknown. So we're starting with those.

What's in it for CCMG?
We get this question all the time. With the increased settlement we provide, the funds available for repairs grow. Second, we always find significant cost savings in material and labor while improving the quality of both. Through our process, there's room for our team, the contractors, and superior materials to leave our client's buildings in a better state than ever before.
What if we already have contractors that we work with?
CCMG serves as an advocate for you, the HOA, property owner, or property manager. We oversee and manage contractors, but we don't have an in-house team to which we give preference. If a contractor or team is already familiar with your property and willing to work with our standards, we'd love to work with them.
What if I don't know what's in my insurance policy?
That's not a problem at all — you're in good company. We bring over 30 years of insurance underwriting experience to every project. We will thoroughly examine your policy and find the things most people (even experts) miss.
How will I know the final quality is as good as the original?
We show you. A key part of our process is to walk you step by step through the entire project. We show you what was damaged, the state of structures below the surface, and the state of your original construction. When we are ready to rebuild, we show you what we will be using, why it is as good or (usually) better, and how we will meet or exceed current standards.
Won't having more teams involved on the project require more of my time?
With CCMG in an oversight role, your time requirements will almost disappear. We oversee every stage of your project from claims adjustment to final closeout. Our coordination significantly compresses the normal reconstruction timeline.
We have a fiduciary responsibility to make sure this is on budget — won't another team make that harder?
CCMG enters each project with the goal of protecting, providing guidance, and supporting our clients. We become your advocate in the process and assume a fiduciary role in regards to your budget.
